About us

Hill Art Council is a national center for education in arts, fostering the excellence of emerging and established artists and advancing art to create a more human world.

Hill Art Council was established by Mr. Subhash Chandra Das in Udaipur, Tripura in July 2016. Institute is Affiliated to Prachin Kala Kendra, Chandigarh and Recognized by Avantika, New Delhi. ). Its aim is to provide Art education and training to students on a wide spectrum of Fine Arts, Music, Dance, Recitation etc.

Hill Art Council is a place where the creative expression of individuals is nurtured and a sense of community flourishes.

We seek to shape the global future of arts with an emphasis on excellence that allows its members to reach for the highest artistic standards as individuals while recognizing that the Art is one of the foundations of a healthy and creative society.

This is a place where national and international leaders in the arts gather, teach, show and perform their work. The institute prides itself on its openness and on creating an environment that is safe, welcoming, and built on mutual respect.

As of now, Hill Art Council has ten branches in Tripura and coming soon with some more branches in the North East India and National level. More than 500 students are currently studying Fine Arts, Music, Dance, Recitation under the guidance of highly qualified faculties in Various Art School.

Student Service

We provide a range of student support services to help make the most of your time both academically and socially at Hill Art Council. You will find help and information is available on many topics, through literature, computer based guidance advice, group sessions, individual advice and guidance from our staff.

Counseling

You may need support with personal issues such as self esteem, relationships, anxiety, and stress management as you continue your studies. Counseling offers a confidential place where you can explore your concerns.

Our Activates

Our examination session April to July.

1. Examinations results will be announce September.

2. Examination from fill up October to February

3. Students mark obedient 90 to 100=A+, 80 to 89=A, 70 to 79=B, 60 to 69=C, 40 to 59=D.

4. Get a+ students will be awarded gold medal (plated).

5. Theories Exam will be conduct same time of held in exam.

6. Theory exam will be must written with English only.

7. Result will be announcing our website.

8. Annual function will be held at Udaipur town hall on September.

9. We will conduct national, international painting competition, painting workshop, painting exhibition and art Olympiad etc.
